Due to the special location and its external influences such as water, light and noise, we decided to rotate the floor plans by 45°.
This clever twist allows us to generate a great deal of added value and give all apartments a high-quality view of the water and create loggia balconies with a high quality of stay, good sunlight and diverse lines of sight to the surroundings. The recesses allow the view past the neighboring house and open up the view to the landscape. In addition, all windows are turned away from the noise.
