The competition task comprised both the new office premises with the headquarters of Craiss GmbH& CO. KG as well as commercially leasable office space and a parking garage on the site of the old brickworks. The design envisages four new cubic buildings which, with a harmonious grain, introduce the prelude to the new quarter.
