The old commercial area is giving way to three buildings that enclose the block perimeter and a central pavilon that enlivens the open space. The residential units, ranging from 20 to 40 m², are particularly suitable for students, young professionals, and commuters. The ground floor areas are enlivened by retail units. On the busier side of the street, there will be a commercial and business office with an open atrium spanning several floors and flexible office units on the upper floors. The perimeter development slopes down towards the green neighborhood square with staggered floors, creating a scale difference between the traffic volume and the residential area.
