Sparkasse Heilbronn is continuing to develop its location between Wollhaus and “Allee.” With a newly acquired plot of land, the location will be divided into a consulting center and administration. Two high points form an ensemble with the Wollhaus and close off the edge of the block. A green park with winding paths and lush vegetation is being created in the inner courtyard. Arcades frame the grove like a passe-partout. This symbiosis of nature and architecture creates a peaceful retreat that offers people a place to relax and reflect amid the hustle and bustle.

The building structure that has been developed is designed for a constantly changing future concept. Reducing the vertical load-bearing elements to an absolute minimum results in an efficient supporting structure and an autonomously usable interior that can respond to changing usage requirements in an unlimited and freely differentiable manner.
